The Client

Birketts Solicitors is a full service, top 100 UK law firm. With offices across East Anglia and London, Birketts advises businesses, institutions and individuals nationally and internationally.

We have worked closely with Birketts since 2016, supporting their marketing, communications and business development teams in delivering external and internal design projects.

The Project

As part of our ongoing partnership with Birketts, we have worked with the client services team to develop an engaging visual identity for the firm’s internal core values programme Good to Great.

We have designed the programme’s logo, typographic system, colour scheme (based on Birketts’ corporate identity), as well as a range of graphics and icons to symbolise and describe processes and behaviours.

Birketts’ vision, mission, values and brand signatures are brought together in the Good to Great book. It acts as the key reference tool and includes practical guidance on the firm’s core value programme.

We worked with all visual identity elements and easily digestible blocks of content to provide an engaging, inspiring and concise manual for Birketts’ 750 staff and new starters who will receive the book as part of the induction process.
